We aim to accommodate all dietary needs, but there may be times when specific restrictions make this difficult. If an alternative option is available, we will offer it, though this may increase your order's cost. If you have any concerns, please let us know right away.
Our regular menu items do not contain nuts; however, we may be able to make exceptions. Please keep in mind that our kitchen is not nut-free, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of nut traces.

To maintain the freshness and quality of CakePOPs, it is advisable to store them at room temperature, specifically around 67 degrees Fahrenheit, in a cool, dry environment. It is essential to avoid exposure to excessive heat prior to the event, as this may compromise their flavor and texture. When properly stored at room temperature, CakePOPs can retain their freshness for up to three days. For longer-term storage, freezing is recommended, as this method effectively preserves their quality and extends their shelf life.

POPsux, LLC is a licensed commercial wholesale kitchen that offers retailers the opportunity to sell and resell its products. The company has received approval from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and is fully operational in fulfilling orders. The kitchen is specifically designed to support retailers in offering POPsux, LLC products, and is equipped to handle orders efficiently.​

Additional Fees
Please be aware that rush orders placed within 48 hours of pickup or delivery will incur a one-time fee of $25. A minimum order of one dozen is required for all rush orders, which are subject to product availability. Additionally, shipping and handling costs will vary based on the destination.
